Sunshine Suites is an all-suite hotel that partners with a sister hotel to provide guests the amenities of a full resort without the atmosphere of a sprawling high rise. With its low resort fee and access to the amenities of a 5-star hotel, it's one of the best value options in Grand Cayman for those who don't mind the lack of ocean views.

All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Studio Suites have one king bed and a dining table for two. Larger Deluxe Suites have two queen beds and a dining table for two. The most spacious rooms are one bedroom suites with a king bed set apart from a sitting area with a single sleeper sofa. There is a table for two and televisions in both the sitting area and bedroom.

Sunshine Grill offers indoor and outdoor dining near the swimming pool. The restaurant is known island-wide for its fish tacos and draws in many island residents and visitors. Although the hotel is not beachfront, Seven Mile Beach is directly across the road. For divers, there are equipment lockers and rinse tanks.

A daily resort fee of USD35 allows access to the hotel's sister property with all of its amenities. These include a swimming pool and beach, the use of beach and pool chairs with towels, spa and fitness facilities, beach and aquatic yoga, beach volleyball and beach volleyball clinics. There is a Kids Club with activities for children ages 4-12, additional costs apply for this service. The large sister property is less than a 10-minute walk and solar-powered shuttles are available to take guests between the two hotels.

Sunshine Suites is located near Seven Mile Beach, approximately 10-15 minutes drive from Owen Roberts International Airport. A number of restaurants and shops are located within a short walk.
